Excellent story. Well-written history and is fun to read....

There is very little text, just brief introductions to pictures here and there. My son was reading chapter books before entering into Kindergarten. Top three cutest books of the year and one of the cutest middle grade novels-ever. The characters were realistic with some of them likable and some despicable. This re-imagined version of classic Beauty and the Beast is all the more addicting because the two man characters are misfits who slowly develop their love through shared goals, secret whispers and intense chemistry. Whether that is emotions, life events, recipes, pregnancies or your to do list, writing it down is the most powerful way of ensuring it never gets forgotten. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to read about any type of rape or torture for that fact.
